The Most Important Things To Know About Id Green Card Fake
Each twelve-month period the United States of America issues fifty thousand Green Cards through the Diversity Immigrant Visa programme. Green Card Lottery. entrants are selected at random by a computer-generated tracing. However, the winners of the lottery are not of necessity granted the station of citizenship. They are in fact only sanctioned to secure an invitation with an agent of a US government consulate who decides if they are at liberty to secure the resident visa or not.

At the same shopping plaza at 16th and Roosevelt streets in Phoenix where legitimate businesses cash checks, style hair and sell tacos, 32-year-old Jesus offers customers a different service.

For as little as $20, Jesus, a skinny man with a scruffy beard, can score you a fake residency document, known as a green card; a phony driver's license; or just about any other form of counterfeit ID. His customers are mostly undocumented immigrants.

"I can get you a green card for $50 to $70. A Social Security card will run you $20 or $25," whispered Jesus, himself an undocumented immigrant.

All that to say this, if anyone has hired an illegal but they presented what appeared to be a legitimate driver's license and green card, the employer should be off the hook. On the other hand if you have hired someone without getting any proof of legal residency, private or government, you should be prosecuted and fined accordingly. If it has happened too many times, perhaps it should upgrade to felony status and the assets of the business seized. If that happened a few times, and the media picked up on it, how many companies would revise hiring standards?

I doubt they do, directly. I suspect they hire agencies that hire the illegals. However, they must know statistically that there are illegal immigrants working for those agencies.

Suffolk County NJ is trying to put an ordinance in place that would require contractors to the county to 'certify' the legality of their workers, and be subject to fines, possible criminal sentences, and loss of their government contract if they are found to employ illegal immigrants. What we need is a national data base so employers can easily check to see who is and is not illegally here, so the employers have no more excuses.

By deporting the illegals and hiring honest Americans at twice the rate of pay. The authorities pay a fine that way and a good American citizen gets a decent wage. And there would be less illegals. It's a total win situation for the citizens of our great country.

Governments are breaking the law, they should pay huge fines or go to jail for many many years. But we could cut a deal with the governments --- they can avoid fines & jail if they deported all illegal immigrants.

that's not gonna happen tho :(
