It is a well established fact that many famous Muslims were practicing homosexuals who looked towards the Koran to justify their actions. For example, Babar, the moghul king was madly in love with a young boy named Baburi. Kuttubuddin Aibak, another Muslim ruler of India used to dress up as a woman and dance in a vulgar manner.

Men can be seen holding boy's hands on the streets in Islamic countries, while their wives follow by a distance behind them. Boys being 12, 13 years in age.

The boys meantioned in these verses were not ment for sexual purpose...they are just servants.....hey you annoy us with your questions!
Prophet Mohamed {pbuh} stated clearly that homosexuality is totally refused and forbidden in Islam..In the Koraan the story of prophet Lout and his people who were homosexuals and the terrible punishment they had clearly denies your false question.
This story was mentioned several times in the Koraan and all Muslims understand clearly it's message : If you do like them you will get their punishment.
And for those people you mentioned you said they were rulers in India and Mongolia....All over the history it was known that kings were the least people to follow the religious teachings and Muslim rulers weren't any exception in many ages and countries...An action by one person is not something you can take on a religion specially if he is not a good follower.

It is to my understanding that the Koran also follows the Torah and in the Torah ( Old Test) in Leviticus 18: 22 it says that this act is detestable.
