You can exercise until you drop, but if your diet is not in order you'll never lose the weight. Cut way down on all the stuff you know is bad for you like fast food, junk food, soft drinks, refined flour/sugar and saturated fat. Instead, build your diet around weight-loss-friendly foods like nuts, beans/legumes, green vegetables, lowfat dairy products, eggs, lean meats (especially fish and poultry), whole grain breads/cereals/pasta, and fresh fruit (any kind of berries top the list). Here's a few more tips: (1) Take a tablespoonful of olive oil three times a day before meals. Olive oil is high in monounsaturated fat, which is very good for you, and is also a natural appetite suppressant. (2) Try to get at least 25 grams of fiber into your diet every day. Fiber fills you up and helps your body get rid of all that "bad" fat. (3) For half a day, once a week, chuck all the rules and eat whatever you want. Just don't stuff yourself. water , water , water. I am not a big fan I need to have flavored water but I swear by it. I can't eat anything with nutrasweet in it because I am allergic so diet food are out of the question. I have lost 20 lbs and feel great. I am not a big fan of excercise so I do walk (maybe 2x a week) but eating smaller amounts and no fast food has really been doing it for me. I do it out but I make sure it is the kids meal at a fast food joint or chili. At a sit down I have chicken and vegatables. I am not a salad person either. I have made sure to buy food with lots of fiber in it so I feel full. Go to calorieking.com and you can find what is best for you. I eat what I like not what I can just to lose weight. It makes it so much easier that way .

You can lose weight in natural without medicines by :
1)Drink only fresh water at least one and a half litre a day.Do not drink other than fresh water except milk,such as coca cola,tea coffee,soda,lemon tea,sprite ,etc
2)Make a physical exercise daily at least one hour by jogging
,walking,swimming,cycling etc or go sporting to a fitness centre
3)Do not eat fatty foods and fast foods and do not eat the permittable foods in more than one third of the content of your stomach or do not eat exaggerately
4)Do not eat anything before and after the certain time for breakfast,lunch and dinner
5) Do not eat sweets,beans,chocolate and ice creams
6)You must drink fresh water as a good habit15 minutes before and after your breakfast,lunch and dinner
7)You must take dinner at least 3 hours before you are going to sleep
8)Eating much fruits and vegetables especially at dinner.
9)Consult to a doctor if you have done at least 3 months those said above but you are still not lose your weight.

Eat A pickle each morning, follow with toast and Lemon juice! Avoid heavy sweets. Eat plenty of Fruits
Cut down consumption of meat products! Cut down the
consumption of oil products like margarine and cooking oil. Spray cooking oil can help with that. Herbal drinks
can replace unhealthy drinks like coffee. Don't drink more than 5 cups of coffee every 2 days! Walk at least a mile a day. Don't eat any salt foods before you go to bed! Drink a glass of Vinegar daily with your Supper (somepeople call this last meal of day dinner) This meal should be at least 2 hours before bed time! Some say 3-4
If hungry before going to bed eat an apple or fruit.

The best way to lose long term wait is to lose one to two kilos a week other wise your only losing fluid. One good tip is to exercise before eating breakfast as this is when the body is lowest in carbs an glucose levels so energy is used from body fat. Always remember to eat afterwards though to restore energy.

Something more specific -
Don't ever buy junk food or have it in the house. Don't eat restaurant food. Maybe subway is ok. Make your lunch to take to work. Anything homemade is better for you.

Don't drink any non-water beverages, especially soda pop. Diet pop can also be bad. If you drink it now, it's obviously not working, since you want to lose weight.

Eat less. Be more active.

If you want cookies, have cookies. A few not the whole bag. Eat whatever you want, just less of it.

Exercise in bed before you get up. Really. "Love your bunns" clench and release your buttox muscles 10 times.

Bicycle in bed. In a crunch position with knees bent, right elbow to left knee. Revers elbow/knee and repeat 20 times.

Penguin in bed. In a crunch position with knees bent reach down the right side of your leg and try to touch ankle. Reverse and repeat 20 times.

burn more calories than you consume...exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes each time...try not to eat so much fatty foods...cut back drastically on junk food and sodas...eat a healthy breakfast with high protein content...ultimately different people lose weight in different ways, but these are some general ideas that are all helpful...
