Yes, it is possible. Find a lodge near you and ask to join. Freemasons do not ask others to join, you must make the request. Find a lodge and then ask. That's all you have to do. There are different requirements in different Grand Lodges, but most places the requirements are not very extreme, just residency and age requirements usually, although you must also believe in a Supreme Being.

The people who claim Freemasonry is a religion or satanic are the same people who would claim that the Pope is a worshiper of Satan. They are a vocal minority of American crackpots who forget that many of this country's founding fathers were Freemasons, including over half of the American presidents, George Washington, John Marshall, Harry Truman, Winston Churchill, Douglas Macarthur, John Hancock, Paul Revere, Benjamin Franklin, and even the Marquis de Lafayette.
