Drink juice or milk instead of water, eat good foods a few times a day (4-5)... work out, you'll build an appetite, remember to get some sun as this seems to help as well. Outdoor activity (possibly with sun screen) is a good way to mix up exercise routines. Try different fruits and veggies and once you find a few you like, keep looking and mix it up.
If you are young, don't worry about it too much. You will fill out later. Just eat healthy foods, drink juice, milk, stay active and you will gain good wieght as opposed to the bad. Best of luck.

DO NOT TRY TO EAT FAT. Even though you look thin, you can still end up with cholesterol problems that way.
Some people are naturally slender. Don't worry- people think it is OK to make nasty 'anorexic' comments about thin girls, but think it is rude to make comments about our larger friends. This is hypocritical. Provided you eat healthily, respect yourself.
If you wish to bulk up, eat a balanced diet (fruit and veg helps you digest, helping you gain weight healthily) with complex carbs, natural protein (eggs, meat, fish, dairy, nuts, pulses) and veg. Oily fish (tuna, salmon) is good as the oils within it are healthier. Exercise slowly, using stretching and lifting exercises, but avoid fast, aerobic exercise except when warming up. This should help you 'bulk up' a little (not loads- you'll still look female) but in a healthy way. Muscle and moderate fat over time is better than bulking up and clogging your arteries- but at the end of the day if you're healthy then be happy with your body shape. A healthy body is a blessing, whether big or small.

Try training with weights to put a few pounds on. Use protein shakes and eat stuff like pasta chicken and drink whole milk. Not saying be a scary bobybuilder but an athletic toned body looks better than a skinny boney one and miles better than a pudgy one.
Find your ideal weight for your height and aim for that.
and in the mean time try not to walk over any drains in case you fall down one

Eat 2 big pancakes in the morning and put 2 eggs in the mix. Pancakes are healthy and fattening. Also eat meat, pasta and pizza and
after dinner have a cake.Drink milk and eat as much dairy products as possible. Also exercise
out in the fresh air as this will make you more hungry. Get up eary in the morning for breakfast and never miss meals. Good luck

Go into hollend and barrets, they have loads of protien shakes. My guess is you have a problem digegesting food or something like that. My brother is 17 and is 7 stone, he has protien shakes and is getting a bit better. He eates for england. Maybe you should eat at greasy spoons more often.

Eat complex carbs, eggs, good old fashion foods and most importantly sit on your *** and watch TV when you're done. No unnecessary movement is key to slowing that metabolism. You might want to check with your doctor to make sure something else is not causing you lack of appetite.

to tell you to stuff yourself with all the fattening food to gain weight would be the wrong advice. your metabolism would be changing dramatically and you could get to a real fatty and then have the problem of weight control. If you have plenty of energy and don't get tired easily and generally feel well, then accept your body as it is, your obviously one of those person who is meant to be slim, but if your concerned then ask your GPs advice
