"If this is the condition of the our Nation let it be in the hands of British itself and i would have not fought for our freedom"
U know why, if british were still ruling ofcourse the taxes will be higher but the government would provide cleaner environment to the country and would have educated everybody. They would take steps to eradicate poverty(4 everyone lkes to eradicate no matter if it is not even thier country cuz they r going to live there)
I accept the government spends a lot on roads but do they last long .They spend for schools but do they stand properly for atleast 2 years for it was built by our own citizen's but take for instance schools built by British they r still memorable for 200 years yet they were not of this country and also it was built for Indians to learn .
I feel proud of my country but not those who don't pay taxes and above all the athourity which doesn't use the taxes properly to serve the country.

If Manmohan Das Karam Chand Gandhi was alive today...he would have written a book `Independence wasted: The truth`, since India stands for everything he did not want India to be. I suppose he is better dead than alive else he would have been ashamed.
If Indra Gandhi was alive today......all the sundry leaders would have been in jail and emergency declared.
If Sanjay Gandhi was alive today...India would have met its population control target.
If Rajiv Gandhi was alive today...we woùld have had a house wife called Sonia Gandhi and that would have been better for India
Sonia, Menka, Rahul, Priyanka, Varun are very much alive today but do they really care about India? I really doubt

Gandhi would feel disgusted with the situation of our country. If i was in his shoes, I would have thought why I had to go through that much trouble to bring Independence to India, just to make the situation of this country much worse. Sometimes, I would think that, maybe the country would have developed in the hands of the British. But, again, can't we make our own country prosperous. I feel very disgusted with the country's politicians. Almost all of them should be abolished and should be replaced with other educated young intellectuals. If Gandhi was alive, I wish he will not ever see the situation of India.

If Mahatma Gandhi was alive he would have felt very sad for the Indian political as well as administrative servants but that does not mean that he would have seat in an inactive manner. He would have put all his effort to guide fellow countryman to correct path and would have brought prosperity and peace to India.
Moreover he would have paid necessary attention on basic infrastructure issues like education, health and equal opportunity.

If Gandhi visit India today and like to meet our most of the present-days politician and leaders of the country , first he has to check -up his dust bean, which he used during his life time and left it before his journey to heaven. However, in case, he was alive today, he wouldn't have allowed any- body to accept the things from it by preaching his ideology.

Gandhi would have been both happy and sad. Happy to see that India has very strong and well working Democracy (World's largest), would be happy to see the progress made In the field of self-reliance and ingeniously manufactured goods also he would be happy to note that India is a leading power house in the field of IT. And is becoming a Economic super-power.
But at the same time he would feel sad looking at the moral degradation of the Indian people, the endless acts of violence being carried out in the name of religion and region. He would feel sad at the low standard of some of our so called leaders.

He feels sad as this is not the perfect dream for which he spend his whole life & nothing changed here, as like when India was not free, there were outsiders who used indian people & there was a difference in the livings of the same people created by one God & so is now. Here are same poor people who work hard but can`t get pay enough for their food & living, each government listen them just during their elections ,use them & then forget them upto the next elections. There are also some rich people who are getting more & more rich & he decides to fight back for India s freedom from corruption, poverty, bad economic system & there is a long list.......

Gandhi always wanted to achieve everything through peace and harmony.
He will certainly have regrets for being alive once again. Because he fought with the English in a peaceful manner to achieve freedom for the whole country.
Although our country is free from foreign rulers we have developed more violence, hatred and killing amoung ourselves between different states and communities.
Gandhi will certainly feel sorry for our state of life today. Because this is not what Gandhijee taught us.
