I have been drinking a gallon of dark freshbrewed iced tea every day for two years and have not changed any other habits and lost 70 pounds!!!! Water would probably be healthier and more practical - but the tea goes down so much easier for me.

The best thing to drink during the hottest days of the summer are hot drinks, especially herbal teas. Drinking hot tea during the summer actually cools your body down crazy enough!

Well i Always Change in Summer ..
But Good Question =) .. i Like Sodas ...Because Summer is Soo Hot You Need Something Fresh To Coool You ..And Relax Your Mind ....
But i Drink A Lot of Cold Sparkling Water ( i Know its Boring ) ...Lol =)

starbucks passion fruit lemonade and homade shirley temples made by me





Vals homade orangenade :

1 cup farlee orange juice
1 slice of orange
5 peices of ice

1.pour orange juice into cup.
2.add ice in the cup.
3.shake around lightly (not to hard so it wont spill)
4.garnish with orange slice.
