I'm a native speaker.

How are you doing today? = ¿Cómo estás hoy?
You can also say: ¿Qué tal? and ¿Cómo te va?

What's up? = ¿Qué onda?**

And the reply could be:

Fine, thank you = Bien, gracias
Very well = Muy bien
Bad = Mal
So so = Más o menos

The question that follows is:

And you? = ¿y tú?

** This replies won't work with ¿Qué onda?. In that case, ¿Qué onda? is a way to say Hi. =)

How are you doing today: ¿Cómo estas hoy?

What's up?: ¿Qué pasa?

(These aren't technically the "proper" ways to say these phrases, but they are the commonly accepted ways.)

If you need to translate any more... go here: http://www.freetranslation.com/

This is a really specific and formal translator.

How are you doing today?---- Como estas el dia de hoy?

What's up?----------- Que onda?

When you say "Que pasa?" it is more of a "what's going on?" depending on the way you say it. But it is more common amongst the young generation to say "Que onda"

How are you doing today? - ¿Qué tal estas hoy? or ¿Cómo llevas el día?

What's up? - ¿Qué pasa? or also ¿Qué tal?

The most used in both cases is always ¿Qué tal?, so ¿Qúe pasa? it's very informal

PS. Que onda? Is only used in Latin American Spanish...

I'm with "Esther C." The "Que honda?" stuff is a very limited Latin American usage and generally confined to a generation of speakers.

Keep in mind you may have to speak to someone over 30.
