Try this lines:

Je suis désolé(e), je ne parle pas très bien le français.
Veuillez pardonner mes faiblesses en français.

Translation:
I'm sorry, I don't speak French very well.
Please forgive my poor French.

Important! The (e) means that if you're a man you write "désolé"; but if you're a woman you write "désolée"
