God.

The criticism that Judaism often give to Christianity and Islam is that both religions rose the Prophets, the "messengers" up to the level of divinity, which is a very non- monotheistic thing to do.

Judaism does not recognize Jesus or Mohammed (who is the spiritual leader of Muslims, not Allah) as its Prophets. The greatest man that Judaism respects (and the closest human being to god by Judaism) is Moses, and he is not worshiped in any way or recognized as a spiritual leader.

The closest thing that we will have to a "spiritual leader" will be the Messiah, but he hadn't come yet.

You got it mixed up.

A spiritual leader is by definition a person. A priest, a rabbi, a preacher. They 'tell' you how to be religious...OK this is a bit of a shortcut but that's basically it.

Jews 'follow' their rabbi.

If you are asking what deity they worship. The same as the Muslims and the Christians. It has been a long, long dispute who does the worshiping the best.

We worship G-d and follow his laws.
We have people who've been excellent teachers and guides in following the law.
A cute jewish saying goes something like, "a great teacher from moses (biblical moses) to moses (maimonides) to moses (Rabbi Mose Feinstein).

Who is your spiritual leader? Have you been born again and accepted Jesus as your savior. Another persons beliefs or secured eternal life will have no baring on your eternal future. Where are you going when you die. Nothing to joke about either.

God. or YWEH,as far as I'm aware the name is never said in hebrew. For Jews the coming of the son of God has yet to happen.

G-d has several different names. Hashem is the one that's used since it isn't really His name, so it can be erased. It just means "The Name"
