Hi, my name is Rebecca... I had the same problem. All my life I've had this problem. A few weeks ago it finally got to be too much so I went to a therapist. He put me on Wellabutrin, It seems to be helping. My moods seem to be less severe.I still get a Little down but it passes a lot quicker and it doesn't happen as often.I have my first therapy appointment to actually " talk" to the therapist today. We'll see how that goes. Maybe you should think about it too. Let me know what happens...By the way the pills make you lose weight. yeah.

Don't tell me... You're a teenage girl who is starving herself half to death to fit in with the popular crowd?

EAT SOMETHING!

Nutrition, is the key factor in treating depression. Your brain needs fat and sugar to function and it needs carbs for energy!

Sometimes, it is nothing more that your body trying to tell you it is either deprived amino acids, sugars or minerals.

I suggest a vitamin supplement for women and SOME FRIGGING FOOD!

Maybe you need some exercise, lack of exercise can make you feel listless and bored. getting out and doing something opens up all your blood vessels and lets some oxygen into your brain. oxygen is good
