I don't think so!
If this was your area of work or career you would have this information already. For what other reason would you need to know things pertaining to airplanes and their design plans.
Otherwise you are on the internet trying to find out as much info as possible about this from sketchy sources. Makes me think you are up to no good.

If you want to build your own airplane, start by looking at airplane kits:

http://www.zenithair.com/ is one source, but I don't think it's the only one.

First, though, you really should get your pilots license BEFORE trying to build your own! Flying is not to be taken lightly. You can't expect second chances if you make mistakes. Gravity is unforgiving.

Sorry to see you are getting some paranoid answers in response to your curiosity! If we can't stop thinking everyone that asks about airplanes, bridges, or chemistry is a terrorist, the US won't have any engineers or scientists left in 20 years!

go to the store and buy some, if you do build a plane just dont run it into a building, especially skyscrappers
