I would suggest using an exercise ball for crunches and for some leg exercises. You can tone just about every muscle that way. For your calves, do calf raises anytime you think of it.

If you don't have enough time to run (which is the fastest method of cardio/fat burning...with the exception of combining with proper diet), then you will not have time for anything else...pilates, walking, or anything else mentioned above.
You have to MAKE time to work-out.
Either:
1. Accept the fact that your genetics and lifestyle does not allow for a toned body.
or
2. Change your lifestyle to modify your genetics and quit desiring an outcome without the appropriate actions.

If you're close enough, walk to work. That will give your legs a work-out right there. Or use a bicycle. The bike might be more practical anyway, with the price of gas going sky-high.
And there are some exercises- good ones- for your abdomen.
Good luck!

Squats and crunches. Check out web sites for different types of squats. All you need is about 15 min (for squats and crunches, another 15 for a cardio warm-up) and some free weights. That's how Jessica Simpson got her legs and butt for the Dukes of Hazard movie. IT WORKS! You'll see results in a few weeks.

When I am sitting at my desk working I bounce my heels up and down. I helps to keep my legs toned. They also have pedels that sit under your desk or anywhere for that matter that you can use if your just sitting there. You can do squats to help tone your legs try 10 for a week then move up if you don't have the time. flex you tummy when your waking to your car or shopping at the store or sitting down watching tv for as long as you can. do it over and over and over. It will help with you six pack.

Try leg lifts. Lie on your back, hands at your side, legs str8 out, SLOOOOWWWWLY raise em like 4 or 5 inches, hold for a few seconds, slowly lower em almost to the floor but hold em a half inch off the floor for a few seconds then raise em slowly again. It works. You can build up to any number. And u can do it while u r watching tv. Good luck!!!
