I just got an email with some people preparing rats to be cooked and the end product was meat that looked like chicken. It was overseas but I wonder if the same thing is cooked in America and sold as chicken sometimes? Does anyone know anything for sure weve all heard stories but IS IT TRUE!?

Fact. A Chinese restaurant in Atlanta, GA, got shut down because the Health & Food Administration found out they were using puppies and cats for food. If I had my way, I would've lit the restaurant on fire with the owner inside.

It might be true, but I don't think anyone here is going to mislead you. For example, you can eat horse here, but no one is going to try to pass it off as beef. Besides, if you've been eating it unknowingly, and have like it and not gotten sick from it, do you really want to know? I say ignorance is bliss :) Hope this helps.

yup...not a fiction. Cats, rats and even dogs are on some of the Asian menus. In case you don't know, some of them eat monkey brains, sea horses and tigers' penises as well!
