I would grill it. If..you have cooked fish ,than you will know when it is thoroughly
cooked. You may prefer it baked. My mom makes a coating from breadcrumbs,1 Teaspoon of parsley. She gets out three bowls, and a big dish. The First bowl has 2 eggs beaten, the 2nd bowl has flour, and the 3rd
bowl has the breadcrumb mixture. First put your fish in the beaten egg mixture, than put your fish in the flour mixture, than put the fish back into the egg mixture, than put the fish in the breadcrumb mixture til it is coated.Put it on the big plate, and start again.(you may need more beaten egg and flour,
and breadcrumb mixture)Bake or fry the fish til its cooked. Enjoy!

The best thing to do with bluefish is prepare as bait when shark fishing. The sharks dont need it seasoned they will eat it as is.
If you must eat it, dip it in bread crumbs, some oregano, and a slice tomato on top. Bake it grill it, whatever.

slice down behind gills and try to get it out whole. I would cook it in a fish pie.

Put the cooked fish in a cheese sauce and put mashed potatoes on the top. You can also put vegetables in with the fish.
