Do make sure that it is cruelty and then report it to the local Animal protection office.... the problem is that the person being reported might take revenge on you so be prepared for that also.

I guessing your talking about one of the questions on here I would also guess it's the one about the cat?
In that case you can report them to the yahoo answers staff but the only thing they will do is remove the question. If you know who the person is then you can call the local authorities but typically the people asking questions like that are just trying to get attention and if people would ignore them they would go away.

Make a police report, then call an animal organisation. It is important to notify the police as complaints about these people may have been made before and there may be warrants for them.
Then the animal people may get police assistance when they do their investigation.

Sorry to say if it was on this site you can only click on the redflag, you can also get his username and see if you can do any thing with it. Since this is the internet it is harder to track down people! It is possible but there the police and such have to go about that... I wish I could help more but there is only so much you can do!

Animal cruelty is the rumbest thing I ever heard of. I saw this guy on the news who could have gotten up to 6 months in jail because some dog wondered up to his house and he kicked it and the dog died. What if that dog had rabies or somthing. Oh, and goto aspca.org

User of what? Is the person a drug user in your neighborhood that is also being cruel to animals? If so, call the cops on his drug use.
