thank you so much for all the answers, i really appreciate them. my brother is quite serious on her, he's in luv so i don't want him to lose an asian gf because they say, they make the best wives. she is chinese-filipin. to the one who comments on latinas, hey i'm latina okay and dont think of us for sex only.

First of all be respectfull and treat her you would any other race. Just because someone is asian doesn't make them any different than anyone else.
Second, asians that are from another country and asians that are born in the US act differently. Asians born in the US are just like everyone else born in the US. English is their first language and sometimes are fluent in their native language, but often times they can only speak English. Asians born in the US usually don't like it when you ask questions about their ethnic background because they grew up in the US just like every other american. Asians that have immigrated from another country have different cultural influences than Asian Americans. This greatly differs between which of the MANY different asians there are. In general they come off shy because they don't feel confident or comfortable speaking in English and like to come off as respectfull. If you could speak in their native tongue, i'm sure they wouldn't be as shy.
Third, know what ethnicity she really is. Don't try to say things in Japanese when she's Chinese. That can be insulting. Don't ask steriotypical questions like "Do you know Karate?". Questions like that are insulting unless they have suggested that they were interested in such activities.
Lastly, treat her like she's part of the family. Just be kind, respectful, and welcoming and you can do no wrong.
BTW, this is coming from an Asian American Male.

Just be yourself. I am Chinese and all my fellow Asian females that I know were raised to be respectful and not cause a scene. She will probably talk more once she gets to know you better. She is a person just like you.

Try being yourself. They either like you or they do not. Does it matter it's your brothers girlfriends. I would not sweat it unless your bro is serious on making one permanent.

Act normal the way you would do with any other girl, once you get to know her better your concerns will fade away.

Get to know her. As a person. Learn her likes and dislikes. There's no single "Asian personality".
