an anuerysm anywhere in the body can be fatal especially the brain, you were lucky to survive, most are left near vegetative, depending on the size of the bleed, and the location of the brain, depends on the recovery and survival rate, a lot of people walk around without knowing they have a brain or other type of aneurism until it blows1
Also the risk of developing others is great, if found before they blow they can be tied offf to stop them from blowing, bursting.

Everyone is different, but a friend of my mom's had a severe one but survived for many years after and was fully functional.

I have one but it under my rib cage. I am always in fear that it will bust. But it seem to stay, at least the same size. I haven;t had it checked in about a year though. I wish you the very best and hope it will remain not to be a problem in the future. God be with you.With mine they didn't seem to be concered about it unless it enlarges.
