That's about the silliest thing anyone would believe. I was eating popcorn one day and hit a hard kernal and knocked a perfectly good molar out. Brush your teeth that is what cleans your teeth. The hulls get stuck between your teeth too.

I've heard that popcorn is one of the worst foods for your teeth. The hulls stick between the teeth and a dental hygienist told me that she won't eat it or feed it to her children. Crunchy fruits and vegetables are good for the teeth and help keep them strong and pretty. Try apples, carrots, celery.

I think it's apples that do that, not popcorn. They get stuck in between my teeth all the time.

I had a Asian dentist who told me specifically that POPCORN IS THE WORST THING FOR YOUR teeth.

So....he just said it was. my two cents.

no that's not right.put i knows that pop corn if u ate it u won't be fat if u eat it alot.
