There is tangible proof that there is a God. Just look at the world around you and the wonderful way everything, including the human body is made. Just because we now get sick, grow old, and die, is not reason to disbelieve in God. Those things came about because of Adam and Eve disobeying God in Eden. Ever think of what might have happened if they had not sinned? God said that if they ate from the tree they would die. What if they had not eaten? Would they have died?

I do believe in God, just not the one the Christians have portrayed. I really have trouble believing in God being seen as a "he" for the most part, and if Heaven is a city where everyone wears the same clothes, the same smile, and carries on the same conversation, then I'd rather take the train somewhere else. If you want proof of the "human" face that people have tried to put on God, then just take a look at the difference in the way God is portrayed between the old testament and the new. The God in those books changes as the human civilization changes. What started out as a barbaric God that demanded sacrifices and was liable to fry you with a lightning bolt, turns into a gentle God that becomes a loving father figure. It's all about viewpoints.

Why do you need tangible proof to beLieve that you have to send Me $5 doLLars or you wiLL go to a HeLL 10 times worse then a Christian HeLL?
You have been decieved by Eugene Levy HimseLf. He's a pretty clever dude I must say. He makes you think that what you are doing is okay and that there is no problem with not sending Me $5.
"Also, how can one believe that it is chemicals that create emotions."
because we can effect emotions with chemicaLs caLLed drugs.
"It doesn't seem the same when you think of love as a chemical reaction that occurs in your brain than a wonderful spirtual feeling."
just because something doesn't make you as happy doesn't mean it's not true.

I am a devout Enochian Kabbahlist. I am a jew. I do believe in god.
I do not believe that a man who walked on a frozen lake and who served grape juice to a bunch of drunks and convinced them it was wine is the messiah.
As far as proof, I default to the L I V E song "Heaven":
"I don't need no one
To tell me about heaven
I look at my daughter and I believe
I don't need no proof
When it comes to God and Truth
I look at the sunset
and I receive it."
Now, why would I violate the 1st commandment by worshiping some dead prophet? Why would I want to be a christian. You guys cannot even properly translate the scriptures, then you follow, to the letter, the POOR and INACCURATE translations that somebody sold you.

For the same reason you need tangible proof that there really IS an invisible bridge spanning that mile deep gorge that I need you to cross. "Just believe me, and go for it!" Is what you're asking. Sorry. I'd rather not.
Have you ever seen someone who has had a frontal lobotomy? They lose all emotions, amongst other things. The concept of death goes too.
I suggest you study some science and don't simply rely on hearsay.
You are worshipping an old Sumerian War God, you could even call him Baal-Zebub...sound familiar? NOW who's being deceived...?

When you try to deceive someone, what would you do? How about contaminating evidence, forgering papers and sending rumours out to the world that there was once a man who could walk on water?
As a non-believer I do not need any evidence, I do not accept any theory until proven and I certainly would not read a book and accept what's written in it as The Truth. You rely on all sorts of guidance, other people, tangible 'evidence' and more for you to be sure and set in your ways - while I require naucht but the air I breathe. So tell me - who would be easier to dupe?

If faith is so fantastic, why do you not use it in ordinary life? Do you look to see if cars are coming when you cross a street? Why do you need that tangible proof? You could just close your eyes and start walking with faith that you will be safe.
Faith is believing things you hope to be true and acting accordingly.
Stupidity is believing things you hope to be true and acting accordingly.
There is no difference between these two words.

One big assumption you are making is that you are right.
I don't believe you are. The entire concept of God seems ludicrous to me. If you want to convince me you are right, you will have to show me some pretty significant evidence.
There can certainly be a soul without a God.
It is not a matter of "finding it in your heart" to believe. It is a matter of only believing things that make sense. To some, God makes sense, to others, not so much.

So help me, if there is a heaven and a hell, let me languish with the non-believers who question and debate the impossible rather than the empty headed, under-evolved fools who take the proof-less on blind faith.
The only truth is within our hearts.
Mine tells me that you are misguided.
Ain't THAT the truth...
