My ex's mom made the nest baked pineapple with cheese and ritz crackers...if anyone has a good recipie for baked pineapple that would be great, thanks!

put a pinappel in a oven and bake it. you could put peanutbutter on it.

Baked Pineapple

I must start by saying, I do NOT like pineapple. However, the first time I had this, I was hooked. I've taken it to several breakfast potlucks and it's always a hit. Great for holiday and church potlucks.

8-10 servings 1 hour 15 min prep
Change to: servings US Metric
4 cups soft bread cubes, can be day old bread, french bread, etc
20 ounces crushed pineapple
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk

1. Cream together butter and sugar.
2. Add milk and eggs to mixture.
3. Add pineapple.
4. Add bread cubes and mix throughly. Don't be too rough or bread will start falling apart.
5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.

20 ounces crushed pineapple
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs

2. Add milk and eggs to mixture.
3. Add pineapple.

Baked Pineapple

1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
6 ounces shedded cheddar cheese
25 buttery round crackers, crushed or 3/4 cup cornflake crumbs

Drain pineapple reserving 4 T juice.
Combine pineapple, reserved juice, butter, flour, and cheese.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture into a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish; top with cracker or corn flake crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

1 cup white sugar

1 pinch ground nutmeg (optional)
5 slices white bread, torn
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a medium-sized casserole dish.
In a mixing bowl, cream together margarine with sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir bread and crushed pineapple into the mixture. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Bake 60 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned.

make pineapple cake.
1. get a cake pan(doesn't matter)
2. flourer it.
3. pour the cake mix in half why them pour pineapplesin then somemore cake mix.
4.leave in for 20-30mins. and your done if you want icing tips for the cake .ask .me
