On Microsoft CRM, looking at the LEADS screen, how can I add a field to the layout of the screen?

I am trying to modify the layout of the screen to include "company" so that I can sort the display by company instead of the customer name. Is there any way to add "company" to the displayed fields? This in on Microsoft CRM.
