Jimmy Thunder who when the bell rang the other fighter ran out and he just threw a punch to try and momentarily stop him and it knocked him flat and senseless. They stopped the fight without counting him out in the 7th second of the first round. He was the holder of a minority heavyweight boxing title.

Not 100% sure about the time, but I believe it was 43 seconds -- Mike Tyson's first round one-punch-knockout (was he fighting Michael Spinks?)

cattleman bob is right. I checked. Mike Tyson's shortest title fight was 93 secs v Michael Spinks.

It would be Tyson, for awhile nobody lasted more than a minute with him. i think 43 secs is the quickest
