There are many theories about the end of the french revolution. Some historians think that it ended when Napoleon became emperor, others think that it continued through Napoleon and ended when he died, and the last theory is that it still continues.
Personally I think that it was over when Napoleon became emperor.

I agree with Alex, the end of the revolution was when the Empire started.
