They say when you throw a right cross if the elbow is open you telegraph the punch to the opp plus its not powerfull anybody knows anything about it?

Telegraphed punches can be thrown as part of a combination. Make sure the jabs keep his eyes covered. The blow should come directly from the resting position of the fist. You don't need to stick your elbow out to throw it. If your elbow sticks out, its more like a jab. BUT you may be able to gain considerable power by dipping your shoulder, which is a definite telegraph and stepping in.
