You can slice it and fry it with some soy sauce and a little garlic....

these are great and super easy.
Pizza Burgers

2 lbs hamburger
1 small onion
1 lb Velveeta
1 can Spam
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. oregano

Fry hamburger and drain grease. Add finely chopped onion, grated cheese and shredded(grated) spam. Add soup and oregano and mix well. Spread on halves of hamburger buns. Bake at 400 degress for 10 min. put together and enjoy. You only have to make as many sandwiches as you'll eat at a time and can keep the rest of the mix in the fride for a few days.

Slice up some spam to about 1/2" thick, dunk it in egg wash, then pan fry it using only a little bit of oil until it's golden brown on all sides.

Serve warm with rice or as a sandwich. Yummie!!

Enchilada Breakfast Casserole

12 oz can SPAM - cubed 1/2" 4 eggs
1 small onion chopped 2 cups whipping cream
1 small green pepper, chopped 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 small tomato, chopped 4-oz can diced green chiles
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp garlic powder
8 7" flour tortillas Picante sauce

Place about 1/4 cup SPAM, 1 tablespoon onion, 1 tablespoon green pepper, 1 tablespoon tomato and 1 tablespoon cheese on one side of tortilla. Set remaining cheese aside. Roll up jelly-roll fashion; place seam side down in greased 13x9" baking dish. In small bowl combine remainin ingredients; blend together with wire whisk. Pour over ehchiladas. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 350. Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 50 minutes or until egg mixture is set. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven; bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with picante sauce.


Reuben sandwich

8-oz can sauerkraut8 slices rye bread
1 cup grated swiss cheese3 tbsp butter, softened
1/4 cup Russian dressing12-oz can SPAM, cut into 8 slices

Rinse sauerkraut; drain well. In small bowl combine sauerkraut, cheese and dressing; mix well. Spread each bread slice on one side with butter. Spread half of sauerkraut mixture on unbuttered side of 4 bread slices; top each with 2 slices SPAM. Cover with remaining sauerkraut mixture. Top with remaining rye bread, buttered-side up. Grill over medium heat in skillet or griddle until cheese melts and sandwiches are browned on both sides.

try cubing it and putting it with link sausage or jumbo shrimp and your choice of vegatables and/or fruit on skewers and throwing it on the grill. My personal faves are bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, mango, pinapple and cubed new potatoes that have been microwaved for a bit.

try mac&cheese with spam.My mother use to make it that way ,and it was really good
