Find some place that sells inexpensive paper and buy her a ton, that's what I do with my daughter, even though I also worry about so much paper being used, but it's important to keep letting her be creative. Then get a binder, and start putting the pictures in there, write the date that she drew the picture on the back of each one. This will neatly store them, and someday when she is older you can show them to her. She'll be touched that you kept them. Plus the binder will keep them neat so they aren't cluttering up your room, although you should humor her and hang one of them up occassionaly.

Buy her some notebooks of her own. Right now a lot of stores have notebooks 10 for a $1 for back to school. I wouldn't try to squelch her creativity though. You can also save flyers and stuff for her to draw on the back of.

Maybe instead of complaining about the drawings...THINK one day she could be a world famous artist and then she won't have time to make you ANY!!
Get her a nice pad of drawing paper...some really nice colored pencils, markers etc..and ASK her to draw you ONE great picture..cause all her pictures are SO special that maybe she should share them WITH OTHER PEOPLE TOO!!
I save EVERY one of the drawings my 5 yr old does...and TRUST me..we saved EVERY pad of paper he's colored on..since he was almost 2...every one..special!

Hard to get across. You could go to the library and get a book on conservation, read it to her and then make a pack with her to conserve paper by making you ONE drawing per (day??week?) because you are doing your part to save the trees. Contrinue to talk about conserving the trees every chance you get and relate it to NOT using YOUR school paper for that very reason. In time she will learn.

Awww. She is just showing she loves you and is expressing herself artistically. Enjoy it while it lasts. Go get her some of those notebooks that are under a dollar at a dollar store for her. You have to try to build a child's confidence up, not bring it down. Good luck.

I would enjoy the drawings while they last. She might lose interest sooner than you think. Can you have your parents buy some cheap paper for her to use? She's doing this because she loves you. Enjoy it.

Buy her a scrapbook. Have her put them in there for you. This will give you a place to look at them when you want to. This will keep you from being mean by telling her to stop. Most sisters are not very nice to their brothers. So, take what you can get. : )
Good Luck.

Buy her a doodle pad or a coloring book. Give her a special folder to keep her artwork. Also, the Aquadoodle is great, too. When it dries, the picture is gone.
