I'm B pos...I can take either B+/- or O+/-
only other B pos people can take my blood.
Yours is the most common type...which is a good thing because it and Oneg are the only types you can receive.
**Oh COOL ladybug! In the US we routinely only type for ABO and Rh (and just D out of the Rh group). Most people in the US don't have a clue as to whether or not they are K positive or not!
If somebody did get your blood and they were K neg, they might develop a new antibody against blood like yours. In the US we just screen recipients for new antibodies like that and if we don't detect any, we don't worry about whether the donor was K pos or not** NEATO!

I am O +ve. Universal Donor.70% of people have this blood group so blood banks are never short of this blood group.

I'm a universal donor too. I do realize that I can help almost anyone who needs blood. When a cop here was killed, they were screaming for blood, however, I was the wrong type. That killed me. :(

BRH NEG K Postive yeah they have to make sure that my blood doesn't go to pregnant women or women of child bearing age was a blood donor until I suffered from low iron
