Guys, what's the line you use when you want the girl to be your gf?

...Or do you usually just go with the flow without saying anything?

I'm asking this, cuz I know this guy really wants to be with me, but I may not be getting that sign that he might be already telling me. A cultural difference here.

Well I don't really ask virbally. I'll do something stupid like if she is sitting beside me I will type the question on the computer and say look at this. Or if we are around each other I'll go old school elementary and grab a sheet of paper put two boxes on it and write the question in big letters, "Will you be my girlfriend? Check Yes or No" Just a couple of ideas or you can just ask her point blank, "How would you like it if we were together" or phrased differently.

I remember my last gf had to force me to ask her!
well what happened I was talkin to her reporting bout my conversation i had with someone else and i was saying that my gf did that or was from there or something. she stopped me and said 'so iam ur gf now but u never asked me' and made me ask her!!
otherwise i would just have gone with the flow!
