normally it would take about 3/4 weeks depending on your diet and exercise's, but as you have already been to a gym two years ago your body/muscles should start remembering and you should find that you could start to see a differenece sooner than that, so I would say after 2/3 weeks, are you also reducing your intake of fatty foods and eating healthy foods.? If you are reducing your intake of sugars and fatty foods you will be ok for your holidays, your body will start to tone up soon I am sure ..

It takes me about a week to start noticing changes as long as I improve my eating habits at the same time. I do however believe that you should see some obvious changes in 23 days time especially because you haven't been to gym for 2 years, the effects should be more obvious.
Good luck and enjoy your holiday ;)

Yes you will see some difference in those 23 days.
You know something like excercise takes a little time to tone and shape up your body. In the long run you will be perfect someday so dont worry.

Start eating healthier too( you might already be)...ie, lean meats, plenty of veggies and fruit in moderation. If you stick to your routine you should see results in 23 days. Especially if your already at a healthy weight or your goal weight. Be sure to measure yourself as well...much better than the scale!! Hang in there, I think you should see result in a couple of weeks...Good luck!!

work out every day
for atleaset 3 months
and every day
for 45 mins
you'll definitely see some different and it's n your mind and not in exercise and you direct your mind
your consciously rule out to make
right decision on consumption of
intake of right food, exercises and
spending positive time and gracefull thoughts from
your friends. and bet you, it adds a long way to make
things better, first make up you mind for your own motivational factor and that will lead to 200% success

After a week, you would probably lose 1-2 pounds.

it sounds like you've got the basics down, but what i found out was you HAVE to change your diet to see true result. what they say about controlling your carb intake is more important than most people think. that was the hardest part for me especially since i live on carbs.

With commitment, I'd say you'll see results after 3 months.
