This question is too vague to be answered properly. You didn't even define "Airborne" by unit classification such as Division or Corps or some other sort of limit.

And "exact current" NUMBER (not AMOUNT - people are distinct units of measurement!) is something only answerable by someone in the Pentagon or Alexandria who does strength management on a day-to-day basis. And even then, you would NOT be entitled to know since there is no way you could be qualified for such an answer by asking this ridiculous question on the internet.

The strict answer is "Yes, someone does know the exact number of jump-qualified personnel in Airborne Units" - and that person is NOT you and will NEVER be you.
