Hey man how do you know that you have short genes, you still have age to grow,go get indulged in a lot of outdoor games such as
football, basketball, athletics or go for an 8km jog 5days a week.keep yourself active all the day,add egg protein, lean meat, dal to your diet.Iam sure you are going to flash that flab hidden six pack abs and also add a two or three inches to your height giving you an athletic posture.

Got news for you my friend: You already HAVE abs. You just can't see them because like most people you have a layer of flab over them. Yes, it is definitely possible to get six-pack abs, but in order to do that you need to get your body fat below 10%, and the only way to do that is through diet and exercise. You might want to consider investing in a copy of "The Abs Diet." You can get it at any major bookstore, and it's hard to miss -- the cover is bright orange. It's a common-sense approach to diet and exercise that doesn't require you to cut out entire food groups or make meals with a bunch of exotic ingredients. Best of all, it's 100% safe and it works.
