About as much to do with it as a guys feet, nose, ears, or hands have to do with his dick size. Which is, absolutely nothing to do with it. the size of foot at pregnancy specially at the last weeks may determine what's the kind of pregnancy either normal or not. but have no idea about is it determin width or depth of vagina either than at pregnancy.
