I love you, Sorry and help me
The people who say these are actually in need of them or really feel them, and are the ones you really need to treasure, because they have said them.

"We don't know"
Most religions are built up to avoid that simple phrase. People hate to admit that they don't know something. People would rather make up an answer, just to have an answer, to avoid saying that simple phrase.
If you tell a religious person that there really is no god, the first thing they say is, "Well, how did we get here then?". They assume that if nobody has an answer, then theirs is correct. They refuse to admit that we really don't know how the universe started, though we know a lot about what happened afterwards.
If people would just accept that no answer is better than a made up answer, whole religions would just whither away.

it is base on different type of people, some people is hard on saying i love you, while other hard to say help me and sorry.
also when different situation comes, for example in a situation of a dying person it is easy to say i love you and sorry, but when a normal situation goes it is hard to say those words, also when you have in pride in you, it is also hard to say this words.
but for me this saying is not very hard to say, you know why?
because youll never know what will happen next, maybe the person you have sin on will die and your sorry would not be given a forgiven, (sorry for very good grammar, im a filipino) you know no one knows what will happen next, so give your best shot for every single moment, time you have in your life

Our society (world) teaches us that success, individualism and independence is more important than love, family, and community. The world tries to convince us that it is more important than God. It's hard for some people to see that money doesn't equal happiiness. Things don't equal love. Intelligence doesn't equal kindness.
I'm glad God shines a light on the world, and showed me the truth. I choose love and happiness. I choose God.

I can say I'm sorry - even an honest one
I love you is rough.
Help me is the hardest. Not like 'Help me I'm stuck under a bus" but "Help me, I need emotional help."

None of those are hard to say if you're secure in yourself, know that no man is an island, and we're all interconnected. Treat others as you would have them treat you....

What IS really hard to say is:
"we could not save his/her life..."
None of these belong in this cathegory if you think about it... and anyway, why would it be hard to say I love you???

Those are not hard for me to say. What's hard for me to say is;
"O.K. I've had enough, get out, go away."
