They have good protein and are tasty. If you are going hungry, a hamburger will keep you alive. Tasty foods make you happy and promote your mental health. Two thumbs up for hamburgers. :)

I don't think hamburgers are healthy at all because it is so high in calories. If you go to macdonalds website and read how much calories is in their burger you would be suprised to see how it double the calories you should have in a meal.
They can be healthy using lean ground beef or ground turkey. Instead of pan frying them, grill them with a grill that catches the grease, or bake them in a pan that catches the drippings. Think of it as a meatloaf sandwich instead of the traditional hamburger.
Use low-fat healthy condiments such as vegetables, ketchup, mustard, and stay away from mayo. You have the pretty much the majority of your food groups in one sandwich

Hamburgers are not healthy. Only living things can be healthy.

You can be healthy, and you can eat a hamburger. It can't be much different from some pesticide/herbicide genetically modified salad.

i think if you make them yourself they can be healthy , cut up some onions or garlic and throw them into the meat mixture , add some oatmeal , oregano , and whatever other seasonings you feel are necessary and healthy , then cook them in a skillet that can easily be drained , then when they are done , to drain the oil inside the burgers put them in between a paper towel and leave them there for a few minutes to cool , then put them on a bun , add some lettuce , cheese (optional) , tomatoes , catsup and/or mustard , and light mayo. that should be a healthy enough burger.

Grill them at home...most of the grease drains out while cooking. Use ground sirloin. Add lots of veggies and a lil cheese. If you really want to go the distance, go for a whole wheat bun. Leave off the mayo.
