the water ur faucet has if its lime calcium then get a filter for shower head.. if its breaking get it cut regularly a trim so the shaft of the hair dont keep splitting all the up the shaft .. this is most common. use a spray in conditioner and use cool air - lo setting of hair dryer if u use that.. use a satin pillow case as when u lay on cotton ur hair stick to it at night pull and breaks it according to my hairdresser in Manhattan. I was also told to use a weekly deep conditioner always once a week and before hair dye or after.. use the right brush so it dont pull the vent ones are better.if all these things are done and it happens then it may not be environment and things u do it could be thyroid problems starting menopause lack of b vitamins but in general swimming sun chemicals astringent shampoos hair drying is the culprit. so baby ur hair use satin pillow cases get a trim, and condition.. dont shampoo every day the oils from ur scalp has to penetrate the shaft.. u can wet it every day then start using a gentle shampoo light go thru ur hair use the right brush

Deep condition your hair at least 3x a week (overnight) using Virgin Coconut Oil. This will not only make your hair shinier, healthier, and longer, but it will also prevent split ends and hair breakage. And avoid brushing/combing your hair while it's still wet.

to stop hair breakage you should not straighten, curl or crimp it everyday.let it dry on its own and let it down ot relax don't always worry about what people think its all just a image so give you self a positive one.
