As most people say, YES you can. My daughter has a service dog, and has never had any problems taking it on flights with her. She calls the airline first, and they often give her a bulkhead seat with extra room for the dog to lie down at her feet.

I believe yes. To make sure and for special needs for the dog, call the airline. They might need special water bowls with the new security.

I'm not positive, but I think seeing eye dogs are allowed anywhere where people can go.

I don't think you can because the dog don't have some place to use the bathroom.
