What can you do. Firstly, if you're worried about falling hair, wear a cap to keep it in. If you're worried about losing your hair, visit a hair specialist.

Here's what you gotta do:
1. Get a vitamin E capsule (most of them comes in gel capsule form that has a liquid inside. Any brand will do.)
2. Get a needle and pop the capsule.
3. Now get your shampoo bottle and put the liquid vitamin E inside the bottle.
4. Mix the bottle.
5. Use your shampoo.
You'll notice that your hair will grow faster compared before. Trust me, this works. :) I also do this myself. :)
If you have virgin coconut oil at home, you can use this as well. Put it on hair and leave it for at least 30 minutes (You can do this at least 3x a day). Then rinse it off using your shampoo. The VCO can act as your hair lengthener and as your conditioner. :) Goodluck! :)

Su, hair fallout can be an indication of thyroid problems, or can be caused by stress. Try using Rogaine for women (or one of the generic store brands, it's all the same ingrediant) if you're not pregnant or thinking of getting pregnant (it's not recommended for pregnant women). It takes about two-four weeks to slow hair loss, but I've found for everyone I've recommended it to, it works wonderfully.
In the meanwhile, see a doctor to get a thyroid blood test to see if you need to be on medication. An endocrinologist is best for this kind of test. If it's not a thyroid issue, see a dermatologist to check for scalp problems.
Best of luck. Best start on the rogaine as soon as you can! Store brand runs about $15 for a month's supply.

Your hair has probably reached its limit as far as length of life goes. Hair, like skin, only lasts so long, and then replaces itself. Probably your hair is going through this process now.
However, if you think it is more than that, you might consider having your thyroid checked. Its a simple blood test.
