Because Indian Minds are Quite Cachy in Making Trouble and Solving problems.
Because The Country is for ruled approx 150 Years that why We Know How to speack english. and Study english We Have Quite Amount of English Known Persons. Better Then China and Other Counter Parts
Because We love to work harder

1. Easy Entry and easy to get a job.
2. Indian alsways interested to be an employee, so always should work and learn.
3. Many companies outsouring IT works to india for the cheap labor cost.
4. Indians will work at any cost.
5. Here, studients never select threir industry, it will selected by thier parents and students are forced to that industry.
6. Here is lot of Outsourcing Software(IT) companies, No Commerical Software companies like Microsoft or Sun. Because they want to get paid at salary basis. not only workers also companies.
Finally, They will work, work hard, work cheap for some one in forign and get paid a small money. After that, the forign man will have a property to be multiplied as the money, he paid to the indian. but the indian brain will spend the money for the next month and then he should go to work for an another forigner.
Finally nothing will remians with indian except him/her brain.
As An Indian, I request all the brains to change the way.

Chinese are also hard working but they do not know English.

Because software and software development are good fields to get into these days.
That, and many technology companies are moving their development centers and support centers over seas to India because of cheap labor. Why pay the money to staff large call centers in America when it's so cheap in India? Thanks to the liberal law makers, large businesses are having a hell of a time finding cost effective labor in America. They have to pay the employees, pay for the building space, pay for utilities, buy the equipment for the employees to use, pay for things like health care, vision, dental, 401k plans, then you have the employers insurance in case of things like injuries. You have workers comp costs, federal taxes, state taxes, local taxes, taxes on everything you buy and then taxes on taxes....
India is smart. They offer large businesses breaks in junk like taxes to employ a couple thousand of their citizens. Because the companies hiring the workers are primarily technology/software based, Indians are shifting their careers over to software.
