Don't know about biggest sin, but the unforgivable sin is rejecting the holy spirit.
Mat 12:31
(ASV) Therefore I say unto you, Every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men; but the blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven.
Fornication and murder are very serious sins.
Fornication is the most dangerous, because most do not know the seriousness of it.
They will party and fornicate on a Saturday night and go the church on a Sunday, thinking they'll be ok over it.
They will go on with life until Friday night when the cycle starts again.

Actually Scriptures never do sin comparison. It only says lying and murder are both sins.
God does not set limit on His forgiveness. Christ's blood cleanses it all. In a sense, it is meaningless to argue which is the biggest sin -- all is forgiven.

By asking this question, you are saying that there are bigger sins than others. Since God is in everything, this means God is within you, so whatever you see as a bigger sin becomes a bigger sin in your reality. Therefore, if you think murder is worse than lying, and you murder someone, you will suffer by your own conscience. All is inter-related. So you will suffer at the hands of other believers who think murder is worse than lying(which is almost everyone.) God is not one thing, he is EVERYTHING.

the biggest sin is the sin where u know that if u do something/anything that are called as sin but u still do it (just dont care of the sin)....

Sin is Sin to GOD no matter how big or small we make it. If I had to pick one I would say, Denying HIM.

all sin is = to God a lie is = to murder but there is only one sin that can never be forgiven and that is to deny the holy spirit ( I think )
