2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup water

1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 8 patties

Here is an Easy Recipe for You Kiddo !

Beef Stroganoff
1-2 lbs. of Beef Round Steak or Stew Meat cut into small pieces
1 can of Cambells French Onion Soup
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 8 oz. carton of Sour Cream

*Mix all ingredients-Put into a Covered Casserole.
Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours..~
Serve over Noodles ~ Yummy !

BEEF STEW

stewing meat or chuck roast, cut into chunks
2 onions, chopped
carrots, medium diced
celery, medium diced
string beans, medium diced
potatoes, peeled, cut into cubes and covered with water (Drain water off before adding to stew.)
2 cans of beef gravy
1 can of peas, drained
salt
pepper

Brown meat in hot oil. As meat is browning add onions. After meat is browned add gravy and 1/2 to 1 can of water to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add carrots, celery, string beans and potatoes. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Just before stew is done add the peas. Adjust salt and pepper. Stew can be served over egg drop noodles.

Try this:
Citrus Chicken a la Nick
Ingredients:
-oil (olive if possible)
-chicken
-Onion
-Garlic
-Tabasco
-Dried Dill (get the leaves not the seeds!)
-Thin rice noodles or whatever you like
-Green veggie: Beans or peas, or broccoli
-Thai sweet pepper sauce


-cut up some chicken in big chunks.
-Boil some water for the noodles
-In a pans, heat up a tablespoon of oil and throw in some chopped onions and some garlic (ALWAYS use garlic, I tell you). stir high heat
-When your onion becomes soft, throw in the chicken and pour some grapefruit juice and a few dashes of tabasco or any hot sauce, add lots of dill. stir a minute at high heat
-cover and stir a bit on low heat
-4 mins later, had your veggie and cover for a few mins.
-Check your noodles or rice
-When all your stuff is cooked, drain some of the liquid if your have too much
-Add sweet pepper sauce to taste and serve on noodles.

Four cheese, four mushroom, Escargot Pizza. Cook the escargot till almost crunchy in garlic and butter. Cook the mushrooms in the snail butter. Grease the pizza pan with the snail butter. Spread the dough, top with pizza sauce, add grated cheeses (your choice) top with mushrooms, escargot and bake until perfect. Open some good red wine and enjoy.

Try making some omelettes. You can put absolutly any ingredient you can think of in them to suit your personal taste. I like tuna, fried vegetables and cheese in mine!
