Mine is just the same. Im afraid there is no solution but to wash it every day!
You could try using a dry shampoo, which I do if I really dont have time to wash it. You just spray it on then brush it out.
I use one made by Batiste from Boots. Its in a green areosol can.

My hair is a little greasy too, but I usually get away with washing it every other day. First off...if you wash your hair too much you take away the natural oils and you will produce more oil to compensate...so you may be washing too much. Next use a clearifying shampoo a cupple times a week to get rid of any build up. I recomend only conditioning your end and stay away from the roots. If your hair is still a little oily use a powder to lessen it. Baby powder will work if you have light hair and they make special hair powders in darker colors and even reds. Just do a seach on google and I'm sure you'll find some. I just use baby powder at times, my hair is a dark blonde. Other than that there isn't much you can do, some people just have more oily scalp than others. Hope that helps.

No. 1 ... do you use conditioner? If you do stop straight away. Quite alot of products can add to the greasiness, so cut back. Also when drying your hair try not to rub your scalp as this encourage further oil. I have found that Pantene will make your hairheavy and lank, try Herbal Essence shampoo. Ifd all of this dosnt work may need to see a trichologist.

may sound stupid but wash your hair in washing up liquid about once a month it will dry out your hair and stop it feeling so greasy! when washing it normally only put little amounts of contioner on and only apply to the ends not the roots!

It may sound odd, but try washing up liquid, after all its whole purpose in life is to remove grease. Condition afterwards, but avoid the roots with the conditioner, just do the ends. See if it makes a difference
Good Luck!

I know how you feel my hair is just the same. I have to wash it everyday, but what i find helps is if you leave it to dry naturally whenever you can. Make sure you use a shampoo for everyday use too. xx

all i'm able to assert is eeeeeeeew, my hair does that no be counted what i do and that i HATE it, greasy is gross. in case you fairly need grease tho, use olive oil, serum, or go away on some conditioner, or use some style of product like a cream or "milk" thermasilk has fairly stable shine spray, try it.

When shampooing, use some real lemon juice, this will almost certainly help to get rid of greasiness.

Put talcum powder on the roots when it looks greasy. When washing only put conditioner on the tips, then on the final rinse use cold water.

Talcum powder, talcum powder, talcum powder. Dab a little on the roots when your hair's looking greasy. I would try to find a long-term solution though.
