If it is one of your employee at your work, let me give you one advise. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!! It is nothing but trouble when things go sour.

Is that an employee? Are you an employee also or someone called a customer? I guess if she is an employee of an ice cream store she gives you more ice cream on your cone. If she doesn't like you then your scoop will be small. You really need to be more specific with your question as it is wide open to interpretation.

if he gives somthing easy to do and he dosent yell at you a lot and most importantly if you and him/her talk a lot and have sum things in comman
