Don't put to much stock in accreditation.
You can take a class at a community college that contains the exact same material as that of a university, but those credits will not be transfer or be recognized by the university due to the difference in accreditation boards.
I took a database management class for MSsql server, and the prof said that professors at a university that did not recognize the credits at the community college wished that they could include the same material into their course that he was teaching for the very simple reason that the material was of higher quality in regards to the topic at hand.
If a superior class is not recognized by a university or college because it was taught under a different accreditation board, then the relevancy of accreditation must be held in question.
Unfortunately, like much of the "New and Improved" hype that is tossed around in the great American society, Accreditation Boards for colleges and universities are not really all that good and are more likely set up to suck money out of colleges and universities. Which ultimately increased the cost of the same low quality education that resides at the college or university.
Yep, I bet this will get a lot of people hot under the collar.

See the action picture "Expelled" No intelligence Allowed, with the help of Ben Stein. It exhibits that educators and scientists are (now in N. united statesa.) being ridiculed and denied tenure or perhaps fired, for in basic terms pointing out something yet 'evolution' interior the college room. that's in basic terms approximately like the dark a while, yet in opposite. united statesa. is meant to be loose, and school are institutions of gaining knowledge of. scholars are informed what to think of and how, no deviation allowed. Why is one concept extra advantageous than the different? i choose my childrens to attend a college the place freedom of opinion is authorized, the place the ideas is nurtured and not molded into somebody else's concept of what's perfect.
