Pro Comps are crap, flat out. Mickey thompson's are good, but pretty expensive. BFG's are awesome tires. I ran BFG A/T's on my old Grand Cherokee and loved them, got good wear from them. On my 73 CJ5 I run Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's - they are the best tire I've owned, but are made for high traction mud/rocks, etc. For a tire to run year round and highway - BFG are good. One other tire I've heard good things about is the Toyo Open Country M/T. It is a mud terrain, but it is made of a harder rubber compound so it will last along time on the highway. It is siped, so it should work pretty well in ice/rain as well.

Bf Goodrich radial all terrain KO's are a good all around tire. I had them on my Wrangler and loved them. Don't go over a 31 inch tire unless you plan to change the rear carrier. I put on a 3 inch lift and 33 inch Bf's and destroyed my carrier 2 days later. I got a Detroit tru trac for it after that. The carrier in the TJ's are not designed to withstand the bigger tires unless you have a Rubicon. Hope I have been helpful.

Mickey Thompson's and BF Goodrich both make great tires....I don't have any experience with Procomps. For ultimate traction off road I would choose MT's but for all around use I think you'd be best off with BFG all terrain TA's..they work great in snow and sand plus have very good on road handling in dry and wet and they seem to last forever.

BFG is the way to go out of those three options. I have a Jeep Wrangler Sahara that uses the same tire size and I used to have BF G's (all terrain) on it. They had great traction, not noisy, good on the highway, and extremely good deflated. Right now I have Goodyear Wranglers (all terrain) on my Jeep that I heard were better then the bfgs. And I tend to agree. I have not had a single complaint on them yet. Plus it looks kinda cool to have "Wrangler" written on the tires or your Wrangler. So if you want something other than those options, I recommend Goodyear Wranglers.

If you put it that way I'll take the BFG.
But...
Why?
What's up with the Good Year's Wrangler and Toyo's Open County both of them AT?
I take Toyo first, then Good Year, and then maybe de BFG.

I have bought 3 sets of BF TA's and love them. Wouldn't own another tire.
