Yes he does. He's always issued with passport number 1 by The Vatican. When one pope dies, the same passport number is passed on to the next pope.

I would bet that he does, after all he is a citizen of the Vatican. On the other side, I think it is very unlikely that any official would ever ask him to show it.

I think so, as the only person who does not need to have one is the Queen. Even Prince Philip has to have one.
