what are the sighns of drug addiction what do people sound like if they are on herion? , coke etc

I have plenty of clients who are all sorts of shapes and sizes, some of them pregnant, some of them edging towards obesity using all sorts including heroin, crack etc.
Though I suppose most edge towards being slender to thin.

It would depend on a number of different factors, the drug being used would have a massive influence on whether the user could be 'fat'. E.g. if it was a steriod based drug weight gain is more normal than weight loss. What about people addicted to nicotine, do they count as I know some fat smokers who really get the jitters if they can't light up every 10 minutes or so.

Yes. Some drugs make you crave fat or sugary foods.
People who are addicted to drugs have violent mood swings, irrational behaviour and usually have no money.

yes i know a few fat drug addicts that i worked with and they didnt even eat much so i cant understand it myself and also they all seem to speak like each other which i find strange aswell

Ya, I know loads of people who are addicted to pot and are fat coz they constantly have the munchies.

sure can ! people can be heroin addicts for 20+ years and ya wouldnt know it. the full on junkies abuse it and keep topping up with bigger doses til it controls them instead of taking control of it.
