I don't know where you can buy it, but here is the recipe for it, where you can make it.
Subway's Chipotle Southwest Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 ounce Dijon mustard
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce chipotle chiles in adobo, pureed
1/4 ounce fresh garlic, minced
salt, to taste
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, chipotle and garlic.
Add salt to taste.
Cover and chill before sandwich preparation, or before using as a salad dressing

At a Subway where I live, they had small bottles of their different sauces to sell. I would just ask them. Maybe they (your Subway) have them too.

No Subway will never sell any of their sauces. Subway prohibits franchises to sell any items not on the menu, it is against the franchise contract.

I used to work at subways, they came in these massive tubs so i'm not sure, but i would ask in store because they'll probably let you know ;-)

You'll have to buy them at subway. You won't find them anywhere else because they are trademarks of subway.
