Good question. Jesus Christ cleansed the temple of things he considered unclean and there was no sin in that. If you're a righteous iconoclast then maybe it's ok for you to smash statues.

It would be a sin if the old priest from when I was Catholic caught you. Man was that Cat tough! Corporal too! He'd of kicked the crap out of you for that, I mean really jack you up. You'd have ended up in hospital, that fellow was violent scary! These days you'd probably just end up on charges, the sin thing would be secondary to your concerns. What would be a real sin is meeting your new cell mate. Or finding out how many cigarettes your worth, and why your worth them. Think it through my good Chap, cause and effect are best considered first!

I'm not sure if that would be covered anywhere under the current list of sins or not. That's an interesting question. However, sin is of itself a human creation so I'm sure many people would find it "sinful" of you to do that. Others would just say it's illegal.

Yes it would be a sin to do so. We should respect each others religions and places of worship.

Not a catholic anyway, but I guess it would be a sin too. Cause, I mean it's their god or God, so it can be a sin. But it really sounds stupid to me if u smash them then they'll pick it up..for me, my God, Jesus, and God of many believers, our God will pick us up not US who will pick OUR GOD UP. See, sounds funny.

Not only sin, that is also called CRIME in the books of law. Minimum of 5 years in prison, you'll have time to think and repent about your acts, dirty acts that is.

Before you even think of doing so, learn how to show some respect for other religions and their places of worship. You are another one of those nutcase that needs their head examined.

Well, yeah. You would be basically disrespecting God in his own house? Of course it would be sinful.
