Your company probably has a group policy in place to stop you from installing software. You will need to contact your help desk and request winzip to be placed on your computer. They might offer you alternatives.

If you're on XP you should be able to right-click in any location that you have rights to create files in, select New | Zipped folder, and just drop files into it. Zipping and unzipping is built into Windows XP.

Unless you have the program Winzip, you cannot.

you might not have administrator right check your settings
